Dakota Johnson stars in the Netflix movie.
Her last novel, published after Jane Austen’s death in 1817, is adapted into a film by Netflix. Persuasion’s lead actor is Dakota Johnson. The same novel was previously adapted by Searchlight Pictures.
The film will be directed by Carrie Cracknell. Cracknell will also be making his first feature film with this movie.
