The 79th Golden Globe Awards found their owners with a special ceremony. The award winners of the ceremony held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills were announced on the official website and social media accounts of the Golden Globes. Here are the main winners:

Andrew Garfield
Tick, Tick…Boom! It was not surprising that Andrew Garfield won with his highly acclaimed performance in the movie. Andrew Garfield, 38, has previously been nominated for two more Golden Globes.

Will Smith
The Best Actor award in the Drama Film category is Will Smith for his portrayal of Richard Williams, father of legendary tennis players Serena and Venus Williams, in the biopic King Richard.

Rachel Zegler
20-year-old Rachel Zegler won the Best Actress Award in a Musical or Comedy for her first film, West Side Story.

He Yeong-Su
O Yeong-Su, the actor of the hit Korean drama Squid Game on Netflix, won the Best Supporting Actor award in the miniseries category.

Michaela Jaé (Mj) Rodriguez
31-year-old MJ Rodriguez received the Best Actress award for her role in the TV series Pose and made history as the first trans actress to receive an award in this category.

Nicole Kidman
The Best Actress Award in the Drama category went to Nicole Kidman for her portrayal of one of Hollywood’s legendary names, Lucille Ball, in Aaron Sorkin’s film Being the Ricardos.

Jennifer Coolidge
